ANGELA HOBBS

Founder, Wilkinson Hall

Angela Hobbs is the founder of Wilkinson Hall, a consultancy business that works with entrepreneurs, start-ups, and scale ups to achieve sustainable growth, applying her understanding and experience in product design, innovation management and delivering customer value.

Clients include Oxford University Innovation, University of Cambridge and Royal Academy of Engineering.
Angela serves as a non-executive member of OBN and is a member of the Chatsworth Schools Advisory Board. She works as a volunteer for Aspire For Equality, Santander Breakthrough Women Business Leaders Mentoring Programme and Oxford Women in Business.
In 2008 for her MSc in Sustainability and Responsibility, she researched internal & external barriers to women and discovered the glass trio – elevators, ceilings, and cliffs. Asking why, when the world and all its humans need innovation, inspiration and talent are we still struggling with issues of gender inequality? Twelve years later, although we are more informed thanks to Invisible Women author Caroline Criado Perez, progress has been painfully slow.

Wilkinson Hall is launching CarriMe in October 2020 to inspire, connect and support women through the impacts of menopause and to enable them to thrive in all aspects of health, ambitions, relationships and the choices they make.
