Interim Head of ATTC Network Coordination, Cell and Gene Therapy Catapult

The ATTC network programme is a world-first, UK system of Advanced Therapy Treatment Centres (ATTC) operating within the NHS framework and coordinated by the CGT Catapult to address the unique and complex challenges of bringing pioneering advanced therapy medicinal products to patients. Emily is currently Interim Head of ATTC Coordination at the Cell and Gene Therapy (CGT) Catapult. This involves the coordination of network activities and outputs, facilitating cross-centre collaboration, supporting the network to meet milestones and deliverables and developing advanced therapy expertise and skills nationwide across the three established centres within the UK, iMatch (Innovate Manchester), Northern Alliance and Midlands-Wales. Prior to joining the Catapult, Emily worked at the Dorset Clinical Commissioning Group, leading the population health management team working with frontline workforce across the Integrated Care System to drive improved health outcomes. Within this role, she also led the design and implementation of a COVID ‘virtual ward’ to allow the remote monitoring of patients to improve outcomes through reduced and/or earlier hospital admissions. Prior to this, she has worked for 17 years within Pharma and Biotech leading global clinical trial operations to deliver clinical trials across a range of therapeutic areas/products.
