Chief Business Officer, Discovery Park

Jane Kennedy is Chief Business Officer at Discovery Park, where her role is to accelerate the site’s mission to become a world leading science park; driving improvements in healthcare through innovation and collaboration and attracting companies large and small to the park’s vibrant environment and excellent facilities. Having previously held senior management roles at Roslin Biocentre, BioCity in Scotland and the Clinical Innovation Centre (a joint initiative between University of Glasgow, NHS Scotland and Industry) Jane is experienced in creating and running knowledge based economy hubs; bringing together infrastructure, people and investment to allow innovation to thrive.

She joins Discovery Park from ‘TalentSpark’(powered by Eden Scott) a bespoke recruitment solution for early stage, tech based business. As Associate Director, Jane worked exclusively with start-ups and spinouts, signposting business support and helping them to build their networks to develop strategic and executive boards – finding those transformational and productive people to set them on the road to success!
