Karolina Niewola is the Business Development and Strategic Alliance Manager at iOnctura, a clinical stage biopharmaceutical start-up company dedicated to delivering innovative cancer treatments to patients with unmet medical need. Serving as a focal point for iOnctura’s scientific collaborations, Karolina bridges strategy at the corporate, portfolio, and program level to ensure efficient execution of iOnctura’s R&D pipeline. She establishes and maintains strong relationships with key academic and biotech partners to maximise the success of iOnctura’s key alliances.

Karolina holds a PhD in Molecular Biology from the University of Geneva and her areas of expertise are in cancer biology and drug discovery. Karolina has previously worked in academic technology transfer and is based in Geneva, Switzerland.
