LOY LOBO

President, Digital Health Council, Royal Society of Medicine, Visiting Lecturer, Imperial College Business School

It is possible today to have a health & care system that is safe, anticipatory and participative. It could even cost a lot less. I’m on a mission to make that happen. I am looking for collaborators and supporters – like-minded people who have similar aspirations and values.

I have over a decade’s experience in healthcare strategy & innovation, with another decade in management consulting serving 10 different industries. I developed novel digital health services at BT Global Health, a leading technology provider of the NHS in England, where I founded the Telehealth business. I collaborate with customers, consumers, suppliers and policy makers to design and launch new products and services that make a measurable impact on healthcare.

I have played a key role in influencing the healthcare market. I was an expert panellist for Economics and Education at the London Health Commission and UK Co-Chair of the UK-India Joint Economic Trading Committee (JETCO) for Healthcare. I represented industry views through TechUK’s Telehealth Group; supported The Cumberland Initiative, using business simulation/modelling to catalyse transformation in healthcare; and created opportunities for cross-sector innovation through various healthcare and life sciences networks.

I have an Executive MBA from London Business School.
