My experience, gained in local, regional and global roles, in large and mid-sized companies, spans across the healthcare value chain and multiple therapeutic areas; I have launched products, spearheaded business model innovation agendas for pharmaceutical and medical device companies, developed and commercialised new services for payers, healthcare providers and consumers across Europe and the US.

For the most part of my career I have operated at the intersection of commercial and R&D efforts, healthcare and technology, developing a keen eye for disruptive trends and emerging technologies that are reshaping how healthcare is accessed, delivered and consumed.

My hands-on experience in building and leading teams and organisations through complex change in highly regulated environments, taught me the importance of balancing the ambition to innovate, with the need to build on existing strengths, core assets and capabilities.

Over the years, I have built extensive relationships with business leaders, entrepreneurs and advisors across the healthcare and digital ecosystem in Europe and the US, launched start-up accelerators and incubators, mentored digital health SMEs and shared my perspective on healthcare innovation through public speaking and published articles.
