Rise of robotics

The 4th industrial revolution has seen the development and uptake of advanced robotics and automated systems to carry out tasks that can be classed as Dangerous, Dirty, Dull, Dear or Difficult, or that can require or generate Data, often in sectors with similar degrees of regulation. As the pharma industry seeks to reduce the time to market for new therapies in a manner that lowers cost and reduces environmental impact, this session will explore the role for increased adoption of these technologies to help achieve these objectives.
