Arelette Halavage
Global Head of Delivery Excellence and HR Transformation, GSK
Arelette Halavage is the Global Head of Delivery Excellence and HR Transformation at GSK. In her current role, Arelette led the process and digital transformation of HR Services for more than 100,000 employees in 100 global markets, transforming the business model, delivering top quartile productivity, and improving customer experience, whilst ensuring service readiness for the largest Company demerger in European history.
Arelette joined Beechams in 1995 as a Process Microbiologist at a manufacturing facility in Scotland and has held management roles in large scale medicines manufacturing, operational excellence, enterprise capability, and HR. She holds a BSc in Microbiology from The University of Strathclyde and is a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Personnel Development. She is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Enterprise Agile Transition Coach, and Certified Organisational Development Practitioner.
Arelette is also a member of The Life Sciences Scotland Industry Leadership Group, leading on Leadership Development for Emerging Senior Leaders in the Life and Chemical Sciences sectors. She is also a GlobalScot, providing consultancy, coaching, and mentoring support to Scottish companies to help solve complex business challenges, develop, and thrive, in a competitive environment.
