Dolly has been with the Quotient Sciences since 2015, she has led development teams and supported operational delivery of Translational Pharmaceutic programs globally.

Dolly has over 18 years’ experience in the Pharma industry in management and technical roles. Dolly has previously worked for 3M Healthcare, Astra Zeneca and Cipla Ltd. developing formulation and products for various dosage forms and drug delivery systems.

Dolly completed PhD research study investigating the performance and reliability of an implantable closed loop insulin delivery device (INsmart Artificial Pancreas) from De Montfort University, Leicester in 2015 and Pharmacy MPharm from University of Pune, India.

Dolly has co-authored papers in the areas of modified release formulation development, drug delivery device, drug delivery kinetics, and device material compatibility.
