Eleanor Davies

Eleanor Davies has made an incredible impact since she joined The RSA Group in January 2021; bringing new PE and healthcare services clients, winning multiple Board and C-Suite searches, and expanding the human capital consulting and advisory services.

She has worked tirelessly to promote The RSA Group brand and to drive innovation and quality at RSA, which is why she is now Chief Operating Officer and carries forward their passion for excellence, ensuring that every touch point with clients, candidates, partners and colleagues is a moment of delight. With over 13 years specialist experience, Eleanor began her executive search career as a Researcher at a respected boutique search firm, and rose through the ranks before founding and leading their highly successful Healthcare practice, appointing Board level executives, Chairs and Non-Executive Directors to listed, private and PE-backed businesses.

Focusing particularly on companies going through change – whether turnaround, growth, internationalisation or strategic diversification – she has supported clients across the breadth of the healthcare and life sciences universe, covering drug and device manufacture, pharma services, B2B healthcare services, B2B and B2C health tech, OTC, and multi-site consumer health.

Eleanor has developed a deserved reputation for energy, determination, commitment, rigour of process and passion for the industry. She consistently received some of the best client feedback across her previous firm, particularly around quality of execution, judgement, thoughtfulness and trusted adviser status. She enjoys supporting the development of others; she has acted as coach, mentor, line manager and trainer and delivered external training sessions for candidates and clients in presentation skills and competency-based interviewing.

Eleanor has a Master’s degree from Trinity College, Cambridge, and was Founder and Chair of the Trinity Women’s Network. She is a passionate advocate for equality, diversity and inclusion across all aspects of the industry and is committed to promoting awareness of and equality of access to educational and career opportunities in STEM subjects and industries.
