Len Pattenden

Dr Len Pattenden is the COO for Ascend Gene and Cell Therapies Ltd – a new AAV startup in Potters Bar. Len is also the Managing Director for CMC Biopharma Ltd – overseeing outsourced CDMO production for 5 Ph I – Ph III programmes. Len has 30 years of industry and academic experience including Cancer Research UK, Adaptimmune and CSL, being part of the teams developing the processes for 10 market access drugs.
