Entrepreneur with significant experience in developing and growing new science and technology based businesses.

I specialise in IP based businesses typically working with scientific founders from academia and building these rapidly by leveraging partnerships with major corporates around the world. I have founded or co-founded four start-ups in the UK in the past eighteen years, two of which I have taken public to the AIM market, raising c £50m in funding from both private and institutional investors and building partnerships with major corporates in the Americas, Europe and Asia.

I am also creator of “Dream Design Surf”, a method aimed at helping entrepreneurs design new ventures for rapid growth, low risk and global impact and I am actively involved in mentoring and promoting entrepreneurship in start-up ecosystems around the world.
