Simon Donovan is an NHS Procurement leader who has worked for some of the largest and most progressive organisations in the Health Sector. He is currently Assistant Director of Procurement for Greater Manchester where he heads up a small team dedicated to driving collaborative procurement and supporting the introduction of innovative solutions that improve both patient outcomes and financial improvements.
