Steve has worked as a consultant in healthcare and life sciences for over 20 years, leading strategic and operational projects across Pharmaceutical R&D and Medical Affairs. He specialises in enhancing cross-functional ways of working, process optimisation, managing performance and enabling organisational change.

He has held industry and consulting roles at Bayer, Syneos Health, Deloitte, Kinapse and Johnson & Johnson.

Steve lives in the UK, enjoys golf and coaches juniors at his local cricket club.
