Development Director, Reef

Will Rohleder is Development Director at Reef, urban regeneration and place making specialists. Reef are currently progressing numerous schemes in the life science and knowledge sectors with the total end value of their portfolio in excess of £2bn. The schemes are located across the UK including in London, Stevenage , Manchester and Edinburgh to name a few. Reef recently received planning consent for the first purpose built CAR T-Cell Manufacturing Unit for Autolus Ltd in Stevenage Town Centre totalling in excess of 70k sq ft. This will be the first phase of a new advanced manufacturing cluster complimenting the work already undertaken by the Catapult and Stevenage Bio Science Catalyst.
