CATHERINE DAVIDSON

I have more than 25 years’ experience in the life science industry, starting as a bench scientist in molecular biology before moving into the commercial sector. I’ve held various sales and marketing positions in large multinational organisations as well as SMEs and start-up companies. My experience extends across a wide range of sectors, including In Vitro Diagnostics, Medical Devices and clinical and academic research. With an established track record in introducing new products and technologies, founded on an understanding of market conditions and KOL development, I currently head up the life science business development team at MIDAS, attracting foreign direct investment to Manchester and facilitating partnerships between Life Science organisations and the city’s academic and health science network.
