ELISABETH GOODMAN

Elisabeth founded RiverRhee in 2009, and prior to that had 25+ years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry in line management and internal training and consultancy roles supporting teams on a global basis.
She is now developing her coaching practice, helping managers to work with and make the most of different thinking styles in their organisations. She is exploring how Neurodiversity (such as Autism, Dyslexia and ADHD) relates to this.
Elisabeth has a first degree in Biochemistry, and an MSC in Information Science. She is accredited in Change Management, in Lean Sigma, in Belbin Team Roles, MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator – Steps 1 and 2) and is an NLP (NeuroLinguistic Programming) Practitioner. Elisabeth is a member of the ICF (International Coaching Federation) and of the APM (Association for Project Management) in which she was a founding member of the Enabling Change SIG.
