Sr. Director Product Marketing & Innovation, Herbalife Nutrition

With 15 years’ experience in the Dietary Supplement and Sports Nutrition industry, Lisa has been responsible for leading product development, marketing and business initiatives at Herbalife International for the last six years to drive North America growth of Foods & Beverages, Targeted Nutrition, Sports Nutrition and Outer Nutrition (skin care) product segments. She and her team of experts are responsible for implementing long-term strategic direction for existing business and future product development opportunities, while working with cross functional teams to manage and/or influence all product marketing activities. While analyzing market trends and competitive analyses to optimize the current Herbalife Nutrition product line, Lisa is also responsible for maximizing long-term potential and profitability across the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, Jamaica and Trinidad & Tobago.

Lisa’s previous time as the General Manager of the Dietary Supplements & Sports Nutrition GMP and Certification Programs at NSF International, as well as her degrees in Chemistry, Biochemistry and Forensic Science, bring a unique set of skills to her Marketing role within Herbalife Nutrition. She and her team work closely with Product Science experts, innovative ingredient suppliers, R&D experts and Regulatory Affairs to develop unique nutritional and dietary supplement products, ensuring claims are science-backed and deliver on consumer needs. An important area to note are Lisa’s presentation capabilities when sharing product concepts and marketing campaigns with Herbalife Nutrition’s Independent Distributors, as her regulatory and science background assist them with how they can bring products to the market and properly train their consumers on usage. As a former professional soccer player, Lisa also brings product knowledge specifically to Sports Nutrition, a massively growing sector in our industry.
