Laura is a Director in ESG Reporting and Assurance PwC who is passionate about the transformational power of an organisation ( whether private or public) focused on broader societal value creation and supporting clients to navigate the complex ESG reporting journey both now and in the future.
She has experience in ESG reporting, assurance, governance risk and controls including the development of reporting frameworks over complex subject matters and building an assurance map against key ESG risks. She works across the FTSE 350, private business, International Development Sector and Central Government and has experience of green bonds, social bonds and innovative funding models in sustainable finance.
Prior to her experience at PwC she has hands on on the ground experience building and running a variety of climate change adaptation and mitigation funds across East, Southern and West Africa including the Africa Enterprise Challenge Fund and the Strategic Climate Institutions Programme in Ethiopia.
Her experience includes TCFD, EU Taxonomy, SASB, GRI, ICMA Green Bond Principles, IFC OPIM Principles.
