Mona Hayat
Founder & Chief Executive Officer, Nexus Digital Technology
MBA MSC MBACP UKRCP Fellow (FNCPS) – Founder & CEO of Nexus Digital Technology, Mona is a Clinical Fellow and has extensive experience in leading large multi-million transformational programmes of change across the UK healthcare industry. Mona left her role as executive healthcare lead for the Grenfell Tower disaster remediation for West London CCG to develop a disruptive healthcare start up which led to her to be awarded with the 2019 top 100 global healthcare leadership accolade.
She has an exemplary reputation in strategic leadership at executive level within the NHS. More recently her career has taken her into the technology industry where she has launched an international technology company in healthcare.
Mona is an experienced executive coach supporting executive leaders across several industries. She has delivered leadership training in the commercial and public sector industries since 1998 and has been a practising senior accredited psychotherapist and fellow and clinical supervisor for over 20 years.
Mona is currently undertaking an MBA from the University of Chester.
