Roz Bekker
Managing Director, Janssen UK & Ireland
Roz was appointed Managing Director for Janssen UK & Ireland in March 2023 and is the ABPI’s Sustainability Board Sponsor.
Roz has had a diverse career at Janssen, joining the business in South Africa in 2005 and moving to the UK in 2011. During this time she has held various positions across medical and commercial, including Medical Director and Vice President Commercial Strategy Infectious Diseases and Vaccines for Janssen EMEA.
She has worked in both advanced and emerging markets at a local and regional level and brings a breadth and depth of solutions to commercial and transformation challenges.
Roz is also a Healthcare Business Women’s Advisory Board member for Europe.
Prior to joining Janssen, Roz worked as a clinician in South Africa.
