PhD qualified chemist with over 15 years industrial experience in the pharmaceutical and petrochemical industries. In-depth technical knowledge and practical experience utilising a range of analytical techniques, specialising in chromatography and mass spectrometry, to solve a wide range of complex problems. Current academic collaborations include Surface mass spectrometry at Loughborough university and the development of mass spectrometric approaches to complex petrochemical materials at the University of Bristol.

Chartered Chemist Status awarded 2014, Chartered Scientist status awarded 2014, Desty award for innovations in separation science 2011. “Most dedicated STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths) Ambassador 2010”.
